Jerry Jones - "I never had anything I wanted that I couldn't get. Ever. I'll figure out a way. "

Ah a unique thing it is my brother this football thing.
And Jerry has figured out how to exploit us all as he dangles the carrot in front of us throwing us a bone once in awhile and keeping a loyal group forever hopeful but ends up disappointing Us in the end continually while creating more generational wealth for himself.
He has no conscience about how we feel as fans and the disappointment we suffer every year as he manages things for maximum profit and relevancy instead of a championship
sorry....but "He has no conscience...."...in the BUSINNES vocabulary this word don't exist....THE DALLAS COWBOYS ARE and will be FOREVER a BUSINESS!!!for Jerrah and family

So to use Jerry’s words here.

I guess his “learning on the job” quotes about Garrett and coaching apply to him and winning without Jimmy or a Jimmy influenced team?

I can’t see how people still defend this man and say he wants to win.

He literally, just told you, he will figure it out. Imagine failing at your job for 30 years and telling your boss “hey, I’ll figure this out, I never fail.” You’d be out the door.

This franchise has turned into a joke. Jerry. It’s been time to step down. Now it’s time. Hand over the reigns. Please.

Hey, he never said how long it would take to get what he wants, or how much of a jackass he'd make of himself in the "process".

With billions in the bank and and endless supply of lawyers and NDAs, you can bully people around, sexually harass women, and get your way without any consequences other than paying people off, which costs Jerry very little.

The great Dale Hanson once said, “There’s not another NFL team that would have Jerry as their GM unless he brought his checkbook”.

Bragging about his ability to always get his way (not get anything he wants), is not a good look for the Cowboys fuhrer.

He’s tried to buy NFL respect which you can’t do and Jerry’s legacy will be the 30 year NFC Championship drought, which never should have happened if he would have hired a real GM. But being right is more important than winning to the drunk Arkansas hillbilly.

The NFL desperately needs a nepotism rule.

Jerry is so full of crap and arrogant. That illusive 6th SB title continues to be out of reach for the Cowboys. That is a cold fact that says all that needs to be said. Jerry won't live to see it.

He's gone out of his way to prove unequivocally that winning is not important to him.

Supposedly he was the spearheader of a cap after he won SBs.

No clue if true..but have read it on this board.

I know it flies in the face of how he won SBs...but he is about money not winning
We had the youngest roster in the league after the 93 Super Bowl and Jerry didn't want to pay all of them. So, he championed the salary cap to save himself from having to pay his own players or limit what he had to pay them.
