I know the team is not a contender, but are there any teams with such glaring holes at DT, RB and WR #2? i mean we may not have an NFL rotation player at RB or DT. Add all the other holes on this team and you just wonder how they heck the Jones boys feel like this year will different?

Dallas needs a 1T, bell cow RB, #2 Wr (with 4 unknowns on the team already vying for the job), a #3 CB, and a legit Mlb.

This is before you start thinking upgrades for the roster at DE, OL, S, QB, Lb and TE -- all of which could use an updating.

I’ve changed my mind a bit . I’m attacking our defensive shortcomings by juicing up the offense rounds one & two especially in light of the coach is from that side of the ball and you have a new set of assistants who could put a RB & WR to good use . Here goes .

Omarion Hampton round one for your feature back for yrs to come as this young offensive line gets better .

Second round give Prescott more help with Tre Harris out of Ole Miss and combined with Lamb & Tolbert you have a nice trio not to mention guys like Flournoy & Brooks who have talent need targets .

Give your defense some help by not only scoring on offense but controlling clock .

Devote rounds three through seven on defense .

This is why I'm not worrying too much about what we do in the draft. I was trying to figure out how we could fill all those holes with quality players. Now, I just want to add the best players I can in the draft, even if that means coupling picks and trading up.

We can't repair this team strictly through the draft so I'll take quality over quantity.
