This will shut up the Jerry Complainers..Good for him. People can talk about him as a GM, but he's done a lot for the NFL and it's success these past few decades. Nothing wrong with this at all, though I still think this will be controversial for some.
Maybe he'll retire now and Stephen will hire a real GM.
At this point...what's really wrong with the talent evaluation of the team? We are drafting very well. Our GM is now basically a panel of people.
