At this point...what's really wrong with the talent evaluation of the team? We are drafting very well. Our GM is now basically a panel of people.

They have done better in recent years. Still doesn't negate how he sank the team in the late 90's until recently. Or his ego getting in the way of hiring a quality HC for much of the last 20 years which is a main reason we have only won 2 playoffs games during that time.
