Give Jerry the salesman some credit here. He is trying his hardest to build up Garrett so we can trade Garrett to another team (if only that were remotely possible
) or get some team to hire Garrett in any capacity after he gets fired.
See, JJ is saying: Garrett is smart. Even smart enough to know when to control that rage burning inside. It is not Garrett's fault the team stinks. The coaching is solid.
