If there is one thing Jerry loves more than anything, its his money.

He aint paying Dez $12.5 next year when he cant even get 100 yards anymore................its either paycut or release, no other option at this point.

I predict a release, Dez is too much of a hot head to admit he sucks and take a paycut.

When Jerry hired Linehan it was specifically to utilize the playmaker Dez like he did with CJ in Detroit, along with running the ball.

And the bet next year with Romo, Dez had his best year.

Problem for Jerry is Romo isn’t here, because he agreed as a GM to one of the worst decisions in franchise history..

I see a ugly off season coming. If this team wants to compete for something special next year there needs to be some free agent signings and some trades. We need a stud tight end on this team badly as well as some back up O lineman that are better then what we have. I think if the Red Head holds onto his job the focus will have to be on Wide Receiver for sure as Dez is no longer close to being a true number 1. I'd say, that he needs to take a role like Fitz has with the Cardinals. Don't see Dez's ego allowing that, plus Fitz catches everything thrown his way and well, Dez doesn't.

He clearly has a lot of talent just needs a real HC
I would not be surprised if he goes elsewhere, gets coached better and lights it up

this offseason brings many uncomfortable decisions for JJ & Co. that will be very telling on their commitment to winning. Dez is one of them.......will be interesting but either he takes a pay cut (which of course he wont) or he has to go......

He gets open quickly. He suits the offense better than a deep threat. Williams can still provide a deep threat.
