Being a GM and making decisions about this football team has always been a struggle for Jerry. The reason is the same reason that made him so wildly successful in business. He is a charismatic optimist. Looking at the flaws and warts of any situation doesn't come naturally to him. He only sees the roses and misses the weeds. A good GM is always looking at his roster with a critical eye and focuses on the flaws. We do the opposite.

This entire thread is exactly the problem in Dallas. Why is the GM being interviewed? Hes not the coach. He’s not a player.

When was Jon Schneider’s interview this week?
Bob Kraft?
Jeffrey lurie?
ANY other owner or GM in the entire league?

No one cares!!!!! Quit interviewing him. Quit asking him. Quit showing up with a microphone after games. Quit giving him the attention he craves so much. Can anybody get the media to stop doing that? Please for the love of God
