Pollard was more a receiver at Memphis, stick this guy in the slot and use him in a variety of ways, bottom line he has to be out there as does Zeke,
Well, good dodgy answer.. But he didn't rank them?!
Everybody knows this except for the people who are insanely jealous of Zeke's paycheck. If the guy signing the paychecks don't mind why the hell should I?
Its a luxury and Pollard is a versatile weapon, paired with Zeke gives this offense a next level dimension.Pollard was more a receiver at Memphis, stick this guy in the slot and use him in a variety of ways, bottom line he has to be out there as does Zeke,
Too late to worry about the money,, just enjoy the ride at this point. Not jealous but......I would never pay any RB big $$$$$, actually it's once that rookie contract is up I'm looking for another one, ah....the guy I have can take what I offer if he's wants to.
There are so many running backs out there, hell look at the Ravens, they had no problems bringing in quality guys once all their backs went down. TONS of running backs.
Yes yes and yes I totally agree. Its a luxury and Pollard is a versatile weapon, paired with Zeke gives this offense a next level dimension.
Pollard forces teams to spend extra time now in practice to prep for his threat,,, that alone is such a change of pace for this team, a very welcome change.

I'm never going to be a fan of just letting go of good players just cause they want to be paid their market value. I understand that the NFL is a business and business decisions have to be made and with the cap in place there will have to be trade offs.. But I am not a believer in these hard and fast "you never do X or Y" rules. If a guy is truly a great player you do what you have to to keep. Zeke as not a great player in 2020... If he returns to being a great player in 2021 I won't give a rip about his contract. I am more than happy to let others hand wring over that.
My only question is what took so long?

He was picked near the bottom of the 4th round just in 2019, and barelyt 24 years of age... its Pollards coming out party, just starting. My only question is what took so long?
No owner is gonna rank his playersDamned if he does and damned if he doesn’t
