My mind is already made up. If MM had hand picked Moore to be his OC he would have been more willing to jump in last season and help him after the Denver fiasco. Jerry is the ringleader in this dysfunctional circus.
Mike McCarthy had the option to go into another offensive coordinator direction but he genuinely liked and was impressed with Moore. Furthermore it was widely reported that he kept Moore for the sake of his working relationship with Dak Prescott. McCarthy was able to pick his entire staff if he had wanted to, when he came on board. The few coaches that were held over wasn't because Jerry insisted, it was because McCarthy decided to directly or indirectly keep them.
