Mind boggling.

They should strip that guy of his season tickets and give them to a real fan.

they were not season ticket holders thank god.

What Shaun Phillips had to say after the game on twitter: I really didn't like the new stadium it doesn't really feel like football. It feels like where in a show in las vegas at a casino.

also: Great win guys I felt like we were playing in a circus but the mighty chargers prevail.

wrong. Its football, football, football out at the death star.

It doesnt get any grittier or tougher.

they asked him about a policy of standing and cheering? What did they mean by that.

some fans were standing and yellling during the game, a usher came over and told them they were blocking others peoples view etc and they had to sit back down. So, later they stood up and yelled again, this time the usher came back with a police officer and told them if they didnt behave they would have to leave.

TheFan got a lot of complaints on this, so they asked jerry jones about this, jerry seemed unaware of this;

Jerry Jones' thoughts from The Fan

Some tidbits from Jerry Jones' show this morning on The Fan:

** Jones likes the Cowboys' offense. Only New Orleans and New England have joined the Cowboys in the 5,000-yard club so far this year. Points? That's another story, as Tim Cowlishaw pointed out in his column today.

Bill Parcells' formula was every 100 yards should equal a touchdown. That's not working out for the Cowboys this year and the missed field goal tries aren't helping matters either.

"I like the problem to solve, but we're running out of time to solve it," Jones said on his radio show on The Fan this morning.

** Will there be any major changes should the Cowboys not make the playoffs this year?

"I don't want to get into that," Jones said. "It goes down a road that I don't want to go down right now and that's not making the playoffs."

** Last week Jones wondered if Marion Barber was playing the correct role at running back. This week, "I'm as comfortable as an old shoe when Marion gets the ball," Jones said, but he also said he liked what he saw from Felix Jones.

** Jones said DeMarcus Ware called him Sunday night to say he was OK after suffering the neck injury against San Diego. Shouldn't Jones have called Ware?

Oh good grief these writers like to cheesily stir the pot. How do we know that Jones didn't try to call Ware. Ware could be getting tons of calls. Or try to pick a time he thought calling Ware would be more appropriate. Maybe Ware couldn't be reached at the time. Pure unadulterated horsecrap.

If Jones got a hold of Ware there would be mediots and fans screaming that Jerry is playing head coach. Heck I am surprised no one is milking the fact that it hasn't been reported if Ware called Wade.

So why doesn't he remove himself from football decisions, hire a GM, and focus on paying for his new palace?

He stretches himself too thin to the detriment of the on-field product.

you think? nah, don't be crazy

Earth to GM: You really think the Cowboys secondary and LBs match up well with the Saints passing game?:laugh1: Biggest mismatch since England vs Grenada.

i guess i have been lucky because i have never had anybody get security after me to sit down.
like theebs said, up and screamin on defense, sit and be quiet on offense.

The Cowboys should have a standing/cheering policy. If you complain about someone standing up and cheering and getting into the game, then you get escorted outside where you can sit and watch the TV.

Earth to poster, don't you think that our head coach and defensive coordinator provided some input into the perception.

oh I see it all the time and back when we played new orleans in 06 I had to go through this with fans about 10 rows behind and above me...

getting told to sit down by security after the fans complained because we were standing and clapping and cheering on defense......

there was a long thread in another cowboys forum that I was at earlier this week about tons of people calling into 105.3 The Fan (radio station in Dallas)about apparently a multitude of people having complained to them to sit down and be quiet because they were blocking their view/being too loud at Cowboys Stadium this past weekend

:laugh2:

not anyone on this board, but I certainly am embarrassed to have a home crowd as ****ty as ours.
