Jerry Jones should become head coach...

Seriously, he always hires lame duck coaches and deep down inside everyone knows he wants to coach and believe it or not the players would have to play hard, knowing that he can cut them being the owner.....

This is a real thread, he should come down and coach for a season so he can actually see how hard it is to coach, Put Wade as DC and I guess Garrett at OC or a better OC who can actually make Jerry look good..... Remember Jimmy Johnson never called plays he just made a gameplan and the asst coaches coach...........

His team, his money, why not try it cant be no worse than what we did this season............. Thoughts.................

I've been saying this for years, he just doesn't have the balls to do it.

I honestly would welcome it if for no other reason it should prove to himself once and for all that he can't do it. I also don't rule out the possibility that he could be successful. The buck would stop with him, there would be no coach to undermine and he might bring the kind of pressure everyone needs. However, he should already be putting that pressure on everyone in his current role, but I fear he spends too much time listening to his optimism tapes and has forgotten the art of constructive criticism.
