because this is a real thought, not fake, I'm dead serious, about JJ trying out the coach position, believe me Hos if u paid 150 mil in salaries a year and no coach did the job, why not try it, it cant get no worse

Seriously, he always hires lame duck coaches and deep down inside everyone knows he wants to coach and believe it or not the players would have to play hard, knowing that he can cut them being the owner.....

He pretty much thinks he's the pseudo-HC now. Hiring staff and basically just installing Wade as a glorified DC. The man just can't help himself. With the exception of getting desperate after all the 5-11 seasons and hiring BP, he's had a setup like this with the other 4 of the last 5 HC's.

Someone needs to post that old photoshop of Jerry as the puppetmaster, it's rather fitting again.

I've been saying this for years, he just doesn't have the balls to do it.

I honestly would welcome it if for no other reason it should prove to himself once and for all that he can't do it.

I think Jerry would make an excellent head coach. He does more interviews than Wade. He's on the sidelines almost as much and seems to talk to and pep up the players more than Wade during the game. Give it a shot Jerr.. hell nobody else has been able to win a playoff game in forever.. why not?
