You kept a fraud head coach and let a real one walk. You inexplicably signed a below average QB because your ego couldn't let him walk and admit you screwed up on his last contract.
Now you've created a hot pile of dog duty and IMO you are too senile to get out of it for at least 3 years.
You've cemented yourself as a GM who's done less with more resources than any GM in NFL history.

I worked for the Government during some of the biggest hiring freezes. The biggest thing our management told us was we were going to have to do more with less. Total BS. You do less with less. That's a given fact.

JJ peddling BS to grown men doesn't work. Any good team in the NFL for the most part has better players and better coaches. They do more because they have more.
