Jerry Jones spoke to the team after the loss

This guy is delusional. He's struggling to keep the fans coming and he's losing the war.
Seriously in my opinion he does not care about the fans.

He does care about his revenue and the modern NFL business plan is build upon the casual viewer. They are mainstream entertainment .And they are very successful at it.

From the casual viewer comes their revenue. There are so much more then there are real fans. Jerry knows that. He was the one who helped create this new NFL business.

Isn’t that the play that drove Parcells to retire
Not certain, but it didn't help. He laid a list of things for our young, promising, and hopeful QB early.....like "Don't become a Celebrity QB" (we saw how that worked out).

LMAO. I'm sure it was on par with any speech Lombardi gave. He was also on the field for 1.5 hours before the game talking to anyone with a camera and a microphone. Jerry might need a vacation to rest his voice after all the talking he did yesterday.

Jerry has wasted the past 30 years for the Cowboys. He's now circling the drain and still can't admit it's all on him. He's seen how other teams have been successful but has to do it "his way." Soon, he'll be propped up in the owners box just like Al Davis was. Weekend At Bernies is now his reality. So sad to see what he's done to this once proud franchise.

No, Parcells interviewed with the Giants while the regular season was still happening. He was mentally checked out way before this happened, and was the main reason why they lost that game.

Here lies the problem. Jerry thinks the team has the guys that "can get it done".

Unless he's talking about securing a top five draft pick, he's way off.
Jerry is so close and involved that he can't see the problems. Its like trying to focus on an object balanced on the tip of your nose.

Do the players roll their eyes when an 82 year old crap owner tries to motivate the team after micromanaging this entire mess? I’m sure they’re ready to run through walls. lol

Why even have a head coach....we got Jerrah spewing inspirational messages
Excellent point. In football, good and bad teams are a reflection of their head coaches.

Since 1996, almost every team has been a direct reflection of Jerry Jones in varying degrees. Even Bill Parcells could block the mirror for only so long.

I been believing too......for a long time.

That and to. He really believed that was a super bowl team.

It is nothing more than a reality TV show at this point.

And right after he said that ........ he did a commercial with Jerry singing ....... Parcells did not like celebrity QB's because he did not want competition for the spotlight.

Tony went on a talk show...."The Best Damn Sports Show", immediately after being named the starter, followed later by pre-games with Carrie Underwood/Jessica Simpson, Cabo. He wouldn't listen.
