Jerry Jones wants to win

Weird take.

Cheerleaders and fans want to win too. The difference is that neither cheerleaders or fans get in the way of wins. If Jerry truly wanted to win like many of you claim, he would get out of the way and hire the best football GM and coaches money could buy. Anything else is an excuse. Wanting to win more than anything means sacrifice.

But, he only wants to win HIS WAY.

If he REALLY wanted to win, he'd shell out some of his precious $$$ and hire the BEST GM in the league and let him hire HIS coach and make HIS personnel decisions.

In that instance, Jerry would likely win a ton of games and perhaps, gulp, even a championship.

But, as we all know, he will never do it.

So yeah, he wants to win, but not do everything it takes to win.

He may not know how to win, but he wants too. Look at this emotion. This isn’t fake.

Jerry does not understand that a GM should not be a fan

You have to plan and execute the plan
Getting emotionally involved with coaches and players as a fan does is partly why he is a horrible GM

That and of course not having a clue about talent evaluation
