Boy if you did this thread to see how many replies you'd get it worked..I agree with the majority. Under Jerry's watch we have stunk/stank since Jimmy left us save the 1995 Superbowl..But Jimmy is still credited with that too..Jerry will not win anything until he does what he did in the Glory years..Let the coach be the final say in that lockeroom..But he's had too many facelifts to turn over that. Rumor has it Jerry is very confused and don't know what to do..But that rumor has been true for the past 15 years.

The Cowboys wont win another SB as long as JJ is running the team.

He won't win another Super Bowl running the team the way he is now and the way he did in the late 90's and the Campo years.

His way of being in full control and micromanaging the coaching staff and undermining them hasn't worked, doesn't work and won't work.

The only way this team will have future success and win a Super Bowl is if hires another strong HC and backs off and allows the HC authority to do his job. This is why we won with Jimmy here and it's why we went from the 5-11's to the playoffs when Parcells was here.

If we do win another SB under Jerry it won't be because of him, anymore than the first 3 were.

No team has ever won the Super Bowl just because they have a great GM. Like it or not, Jerry is not the only one to blame for the problems here.

A blind man can't see a sunset, but it is very real. Anyway, we are getting close to what I thought was not allowed on this board.
