Jerry likes where the team is compared to recent years

[RodeoJake]

This team can hold their own against against the best, and yet can lose to the worst. At least that's an improvement over getting beat like a drum against the best.

We could be 2-10 and Jerry would still try to sell hope. Lol

And there would be some buyers.

Someone needs to remind him we have a losing record.

Jerry technically has had a losing record for the past 30 years.

This team is great once you ignore how they play actual football games...

Porter wasn’t even targeted in Houston they had that much respect for him and disrespect for the other side of the field . And of course Pickens has been everything you could hope for he’s a super talent . Q. Williams is a building block in the trenches . That’s three talented players hopefully you can get the first two to sign be a part of a winning future both young .

Now on the flip side Mingo Lance Milton and the jury is still out on Gary , posters seem to dislike him but he hasn’t been invisible like others in that front seven . And the OT from Pittsburgh Jones, maybe a one year rental but he is depth at a critical position .

Bottom line is I would tell Jerry take a deep breath and stop trading picks . I believe you’re down to five picks in 27, use them . I don’t think throwing more picks out the window makes this a SB team which is the goal .

Jerry also likes whiskey and hookers. He knows more about them than football.

Problem is he thinks he’s a football savant….
Completely unaware everyone else is laughing hysterically at him

Truer words have never been spoken.

If they could "hold their own against the best" we wouldn't be on a 31 year drought of not being able to win even one Divisional Round Playoff game.

Does Jerry know that his defense is ranked 31st in the league, and that his offense isn’t that good either?
