Exactly what pressure is he making them feel by not signing his guys? Do these players even care that Jerry feels this way. I wonder how players actually view Jerry and his son Stephen being so stubborn. Please give your thoughts on this

I do not believe the organization puts pressure on players to win. The only pressure the players feel is to perform well individually to earn a big contract.

They are all sweating. One injury. Not getting their nose deep enough in. One wrong statement that dissatisfies the overlords. They might not ever see a big bag from the Jones. Who knows, some other team might want performance in exchange for the bag. Enough to make someone at Club Rim shudder. The horror of it all.

Jethro has been seen as a joke for almost 3 decades when it comes to football operations .

Just so happens, Micah not up for another year. And they really do not have to do anything with Dak.

They’re probably pissed. They will work hard because they think they might get a contract. If they don’t it really hard on the player. They can play not to get hurt and fined but they also have to play good enough to get a contract with a diff team. Superstars like Ceedee don’t have to worry so much he can sit out.

Do read ever local article and watch every local sports cast. Do you watch every minute of every sports show. They are out there. Do you think EsPN or NFLN did not cover Jeffersons new contract, or Lawrence, or Tua.

I think players dont spend a lot of thoughts about JJ or SJ.

Players try to be the best individual player they can be so their next contract will be a good one. Then they also try to establish the impression that they are team first players, because thats what the NFL narrative demands.

Anything else is out of their influence and only would distract them from their goals.

Personally i wouldnt care about what JJ or SJ says or does. In the end it doesnt matter for my own career.

I seriously cant believe that there are still people out there that believe that myth.

Its created to sell the product dallas cowboys. As does every other franchise too.

Man please. Wake up. That is common business BS. "We are the best" "our product is the best" people either love or hate us" blah blah blah. Its always the same approach to try to advertise your product.
