Jerry making the players feel the pressure

I stopped at 2024 lol lol lol spot on, like this is the only team to coach or play for. Jerry is out of his mind only to pay big money to keep all of these guys

Exactly what pressure is he making them feel by not signing his guys? Do these players even care that Jerry feels this way. I wonder how players actually view Jerry and his son Stephen being so stubborn. Please give your thoughts on this

Players have little pressure when they view themselves as top talent, it’s about making a name for themselves. The bottom 1/2 of the roster have pressure to try and make and stay with a team. Starters pretty much know some team will pay for their services, it’s about money not pressure to top tier players. So no Jerry can’t pressure players in any way. Results don’t matter like the real world job market.
