I've seen this defense, earlier this year, losing to a team that was running all over us. Our defense buckled down and stopped the run that game. We won. It's just amazing to me that people could turn back on this defense so quickly. This defense played a major role and all four game win streak with Rush. Now all of a sudden they're not good enough.

For the record, Jalen Tolbert was also open for 6 on the TD throw to Lamb. Dak could have easily thrown it to either receiver. I saw him look down Tolbert, then he hit Lamb on the 2nd read. Great route by Tolbert. He beat everyone off the line of scrimmage. Blew the doors off CeeDee out of the gates.

Where did you get that I turned on them..I stated a fact,if this run defense doesn't do any better against good teams, we're in trouble..that doesn't mean they don't do a heck of a job in total defense,but in the run game,it's not good and it's been that way for years.

A Roquan Smith would make this Defense the best in football.

In the end... we need to stop teams with mobile QB's. If that gets solved we're going all the way.

If it doesn't we will be in elimination danger on the road to the first team with a multidimensional QB.

I'm still more wary of the 49ers than the Vikings, Bucs, Seahawks. They are monstrously talented on D when healthy.

I think Philly is a handful but with Dak back I do not see them taking game #2, they peaked way too early and we still almost won handicapped in the first contest.

If we don't bring in someone with speed, I don't see the point. We've got lots of good if not great possession receivers, but no one to back off the dbs. That's the kind of player that could make a difference.

Also rumor that Washington will trade DT Jonathan Allen to Cowboys but Cowboys required to trade him back to Washington after the season is over. i.e. A scheme between little Danny and Jerry to rent a player. Danny wants to stick it to Eagles and Giants.
