You dont know what Garrett (or for that matter Decamilis, maybe Houck) might do different if they were in control of everything. Maybe practices would be better run. Maybe they pay more attention to detail. Maybe they'd be a better motivator. Most teams are a reflection of their HC. Pretty obvious what that shows the last 24-25 games or so with Wade.
