I think you can close the book on Lawrence long term. Three years into his career, at just age 24, he continues to have these back issues. He is not only unavailable a great deal of the time, but ineffective when he does play.

There is no way that this team should count on or commit to this player going forward. His spot should be considered as another need area. It's a shame for him, but this is a business.

Maybe but I think we can only bring one back between Tapper and Collins. I would imagine if both were ready to go, we'd pick Collins.

Same here. Collins was a starting offensive lineman when he was injured. Tapper has never even seen the field for a single game that counted. What would a rookie player like that even provide to this team?
