The reality: We need a new D Coordinator

The sad reality: Having 4 different D Coordinators in 4 years is terrible for your franchise and not a way to build a legit D

We are stuck between a rock and a hard place of starting over on D for the 3rd straight year, or sticking with a bad coordinator for continuity sake.

No doubt Eberflus SHOULD be fired, but finding a new coordinator and 4/5 new defensive starters (with no 2nd/3rd rd picks) is 1 heck of a tall task….good thing we have Jerry at GM, what could go wrong?
