Booger is already running around with a shrunken head, so more cap space means buying an XXS sized cap.

You have to marvel at the stupidity. They sit there and do nothing in the offseason while their division rival is ultra aggressive. Then they see that same rival at the top of the conference while they miss the playoffs and their response is to do more of their usual. They still know better.

That is the definition of insanity. Doing the same thing over and over again and expect different results.
