Jerry on RB and WR

I don't see how that's relevant to my point. Reality is our defense was almost dead last last year. And people want to use a premium pick......on a WR2. At least OL is in the trenches, but I am sick of watching a defense that's about as stout as a wet paper bag. Nolen or Grant would have helped.
Our run game should help the D.

Dude's QB was Bryce young for his career. Jerry Rice would suck with that guy.

Ive no clue if he can play or not..... but neither do you.
When the selling point of a guy who will need to be a full time starting WR is "i have no idea if he can play or not but neither do you", then you know we are in trouble if thats the guy. He has been in the league for a few years. If we are still making excuses or saying we don't know if he can play then he should not be in the conversation for starting WR2..

Henderson or Judkins at RB.
I just hope they're a tiny bit aggressive. Just don't sit there for 11 picks WATCHING Burden, Judkins, Henderson and other studs go to their rivals. Creep up and get your guy. They have 9 more draft picks. Bundle a few to get better, more talented Wrs and RBs.

The problem is moving up is going to cost you a 3rd. For a team without a 3rd that is worrisome

Sadly, reports are he is lazy and the person in line at practice to do anything. They likely don’t value him
Ok. They usually take chances in the 2nd but I think by drafting a player like Booker they are all about floor after the last two drafts. They will pick the safe guy again in my opinion.

If Revel is there, you take him. Trey Amos also great value at 44. If Will Johnson falls to you, you have to think about him as a good fit for this scheme. A starting caliber corner is a must IMO.

Swesinger or Collins would also be wins, and adding a guy like Burden or Trey Harris at WR or Henderson or Judkins would obviously help the offense.

Trading back would hurt because of the names available at 44 — but getting a 4th rounder would be huge and we should try and add some capital.

So many needs and not enough quality picks.

I'd rather not take an injured player. That, to me, would be a mistake with so many quality, healthy players available
Just don’t get cute. Good start you drafted a true 21 year old kid that gives us one of the best interiors in the league. Now draft some healthy choir boys at 44 and 76 to improve this team even more.

I think I am going to break my television tonight at around 7:45 eastern time.

I was simply pointing out that the Cowboys don’t ignore defense, premium picks or otherwise.

Wasn’t trying to imply anything really
No. They just suck at grading defensive talent.

Mazi Smith was a lazy pick. There were better players on the board. Problem is this team doesn’t utilize FA correctly so they are constantly drafting for need instead of BPA.
