Just when you think we are leaning more towards professional football team than circus act the drunken clown appears to remove all doubt.
But you are OK with the QB who has done more to lose games than Zeke?I promise the board!! My word as a man in the universe.
If they resign Zeke Im done with the Cowboys forever!!!
If they are THAT stupid Im done!!
He is supposed to say, "we are moving in a different direction, and we thank Zeke for his contributions to the team" - that would have been the way.I mean what's he supposed to say.. No we don't want him he sucks.. It's not in Jerry's DNA
I think Dak does want to win a title, but lacks the consistency to make it through a SB run without a poor performance in at least one of those games. But you are OK with the QB who has done more to lose games than Zeke?
Don't get me wrong, I'm not a Zeke fan at all. I just want to point out that neither one is going to help the team win a championship. I also don't believe either one is really all that interested in playing at that level.
A short yardage back is as much of a waste of a roster space as is a cold weather kicker.I'd give him a cheap contract. Doesn't seem like anyone is breaking his door down. He may have lost a step but he's still good for that short-yardage role.
This is nonsense. Ppl just spew so much hate on this board it’s sick. Zeke cared and did so much his body got worn/beat. Romo gave his whole body for this team. Your just hating it’s sad.I think Dak does want to win a title, but lacks the consistency to make it through a SB run without a poor performance in at least one of those games.
Zeke stopped giving a damn when he got paid.
Romo just wanted to be a celebrity and never gave a damn about being a champion, so Dak is better than Romo in that regard.
yeah I was going to say just when jerry starts to seem not as dumb, he says this lol.Just when you think we are leaning more towards professional football team than circus act the drunken clown appears to remove all doubt.
It's not like there isn't another player they couldn't cut. Inevitably there is going to someone who will give you much less than Zeke would. Turpin, Tolbert, Simi Fehoko, McKeon, etc.A short yardage back is as much of a waste of a roster space as is a cold weather kicker.
Oh boy.
been asking this same question... if the 6mill cap hit is set in stone then no thanks BUT if they resign him at a 1mill base and it replaces the 6mill then lets see if he can make the last spot. Can anyone tell me how the money would work? Since we released him we have a dead cap hit correct? If Dallas brings him back do they still lose that cap space?
