OK JERRY, LISTEN THE HELL UP!
IT'S TIME FOR A REBUILD AND EVERYONE KNOWS IT BUT YOU!! J. Mingo, seriously, another move done out of ignorance with no forethought! We need all the draft picks you can squander and you go burn a 4th on a 2-year player who has done next to nothing. WR's don't win Championships! Our O-Line is awful, our D-Line is decimated, our DB's are thin, the RB room is one of the weakest & poorest in the league, your highest paid in the entire NFL, 60 million per season QB who isn't even in the top 15 at his position has quit on this team, Micah has been great for the most part in the REGULAR SEASON but disappears just like Dak in the playoffs & obviously doesn't want to play on a losing team this season (who could blame him) so YOU JERRY have many, many issues!
There are FIVE things you unquestionably need to do to turn this team around as quick as possible! 1. Fire McCarthy! He's past his prime if he ever had one and does not have the ability to get whatever is left out of Dak to win again! 2. Stockpile as many draft picks as possible, now! 3. Quit giving aging players additional years out of devotion! Coming up for instance. Zac Martin has been sensational and will be in the HOF but his days of being elite are over! Let him retire or move on after 2025! 4. Hire BEN JOHNSON from Detroit after the season! He may be one of the few coaches out there who can help Dak enough from being a 60 mil. per year hinderance!
AND THE MOST IMPORTANT # 5! FORGET YOUR EGO, FIRE YOURSELF AND DO NOT HIRE YOUR SON AS GM! YOU HAVE HAD 29 SEASONS TO PROVE YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE AT THIS JOB! Not 1 apperance in the NFC Conference Championship let alone a Super Bowl! It's the old saying that doing something over and over expecting different results is the definition of insanity! Well you have hit a Grand Slam in this area! Find a really good Football Guy who knows how to build winning teams.
