LVE is definitely not as bad as some peeps make him out to be, but he is upgradeable, serviceable as a stop gap at the moment, but contract and ability are both factors that make him highly upgradeable next season.

Just keep in mind Brown is a fa, they can get out of Jordin Lewis deal, where both are coming off of major injury. I still believe DT is the biggest need, but corner might be next in line over linebacker at this juncture.

we have his replacement already. Damone Clark. We still have Cox as well. LVE shouldn't be starting. He is a nice complementary linebacker. THATS IT.

LVE has been solid this year.....he def has learned from previous seasons because hes hitting the hole and stuffing RBs instead of waiting for the rb to hit the hole and then tackle

I'd go MLBer if the right pick is there and if we have to go with a mid level FA or resign Brown I might be OK with that.

Corners rarely come back from that dreaded Achilles injury, remember Kevin Smith. For linebacker, cannot see them heading into a draft without a veteran starter next to Clark. They will either resign Lve or someone similar, at least as a stop gap.
