Hats off to Jerry Sloan. That is a long time to be a good coach with one team.

On to Duncan/Malone!

Tim is a better player in my opinion because of his defense. Tim is a 2x DPOY and has more All-Defensive team selections than any player in history (been around since 68-69 I believe). Malone was an exceptional defender, but Duncan is the gold standard.

Who's better than Malone? Maybe Duncan but other than that no else can be argured to be superior to Malone.

Dirk Nowitzki? Moses Malone? Elvin Hayes? The Round Mound of Rebound? Kevin Garnett, or Kevin McHale? Malone may be the best but you can't say that it's inarguable.

No, that is the only one you can. There are lots of experts that can pick several names and stack them against Malone. It is a very subjective issue. Malone was great, but he wasn't the only great power forward.
