Get over that excuse...what did Jimmy do after he left Dallas....NOTHING....Supposedly he had a hands off owner...yet he did nothing....

In four seasons with the Dolphins, Jimmy went 8-8, 9-7, 10-6 with a playoff win, and 9-7 with a playoff win.

In SIXTEEN seasons since our last Super Bowl -- with Jimmy's players -- we have gone 133 - 130 with one playoff win.

It's unfathomable that there are fans that question what Jimmy brought to this franchise. Unbelievable. They minimize Jimmy and overestimate what Jerry has brought to the table even after years of letdowns and mediocrity under his GM tenure. Absolutely incredible.

nice article on National Football Post regarding the moves their real GM made the past several years in the draft to prepare for the possible loss of talent in free agency
The Texans lost 6 starters this past off season but were well prepared because their GM Smith "looked for guys who football was important for them" and who fit the Texans scheme
