As evidenced by the landslide of support for the hosts from all corners, you and Jerry look like the idiots here, not the other way around.
Yep but in all fairness everyone has right to express their opinion and point of view.

If a fan chooses to support our owners position on this matter then they must also accept how unpopular it is and the ridicule they could receive.

Surely we can discuss this without the personal insults from both sides.

And Jerry isn’t going to reward you for sucking up to him.

In fact, he’s going to screw you over because that’s what he counts on……. Fans like you buying his BS.
If he keeps his fav player on the team that might be considered rewarding him.

They didn't ask. They called him out. Big difference. Pay the price for being stupid. Hope it was worth it. Bye bye.
It was a brilliant move by them. They can’t be fired now without their employer looking bad. The Cowboys can’t seek a different station to be the flagship station without Jerry Jones, and to a degree the NFL, looking bad. They did not call out Jerry, they outsmarted him. I’m going to guess Jeff Miller’s message to Jerry Jones was as terse as it was concise. “Not good.”

It is interesting. When he pulled this back in the 90s, it was a local thing, covered for a second in the news and blew over.

But you can't pull something like today and not get massive blow back. With social media, all these national shows running all day long, etc. if he makes a power move here and forces these guys to be replaced or the Fan loses their access, the blow back is going to be massive. You think he looks bad now, it would be 100 times worse.

Now he is arrogant and stubborn enough to still do it but if he does, he's going to get fried across the country and honestly, it's not going to reflect well on him and likely turn a decent enough of the fanbase against him.

And let's note that Jerry is getting killed by national media types, some of whom have been allies of Jerry. So this isn't just a couple of fans here upset at Jerry.

What Jerry did was so embarrassing that he's basically lost the national media, even those that would often give him wide leeway.

But hey America's Cowboy says Jerry did good. LOL. I guess that's all we need to know at this point.

If this team loses to San Fran, it's going to be ugly and Jerry is going to get fried and in that happening, he's going to show himself to be even more of a donkey. He's going to become even more defensive, more arrogant, more stubborn, etc.
LoI, I can't see Jerry as donkey because to me, I see him as a jacka--.

Jerry Jones wouldn't survive 10 minutes dealing with NY, Boston or Philly media. He would be destroyed.

Invokes how he fired Dale Hansen in the 90s. Dark times ahead.

Not only are we stuck with a lousy owner and a horrible GM, but now we have to deal with his senile issue that seems to have taken over him. Now that's the recipe for not only a dysfunctional organization, it's also the recipe for a disastrous season that has the Cowboys heading down the path of every team left on our schedule's woodshed. ...........................

The Fan should cancel his appearances until he apologizes. If you want to REALLY hurt Jerry Jones, take his air time away.
No. They should double down on their questions with the world now watching. Don't soften them, ask him directly over and over why his team has a ton of cap space and did nothing in free agency and more importantly hasn't for 10 years. Ask him about each position that he ignored (DL, RB, WR, etc) one by one to stress the amount of issues we had coming into the offseason and how they were all ignored. Ask him why Jerry the owner hasn't fired Jerry the GM after years and years of incompetence. He has spent the last 30 years trying to convince people it wasn't all Jimmy that built those teams and all he has done was cement the fact that it was absolutely Jimmy and only Jimmy. The draft is a huge part of roster building (the most important part IMO) but doing no9thing in free agency but re-signing your own players from a team that fails year after year just ensures you will continue to fail. When you can't stop the run and you can't run the ball and everyone knows it and you do nothing to solve either problem you need to be held accountable. When your idea of fixing issues is giving your QB who is still under contract for another season and should be one of the main people being held accountable $5M more per year than anyone else in history while you are claiming you don't have the cap space to sign players and now that QB will have to do it with even less help because of what you did, you are just again proving that you are the problem. You, your son and the whole damn Jones bunch are what is holding this team back. Ego, narcissism and nepotism are the priority over winning football games

He does not have anything else to say ....... he and his crew are on here less and less ...... I find it hilarious how defensive they have gotten.
And this may be one of the side effects of the disease known as Jerry.....loyal fans still trying to believe that a football man is running their favorite team.

He's a businessman that just happens to own a team and refuses to delegate authority to real football people.

He confuses the dollar value of the team with real football success.

Sometimes it just takes some fans longer to see what's really going on here

I get what you’re saying, but the Cowboys aren’t going to lose a single fan, a single real fan, over Jerry’s regrettable remarks. No different from other teams, like Philly losing any fans over the peculiar antics of their head coach. It does become fodder for the national media, though, in a moment. Not like the 90’s when you’d have to wait for a writer’s editorial.

I would agree but the guy you're talking about who supports Jerry here can't discuss what everyone had for breakfast without hurling insults. It's part and parcel of every fabric of his being

They doubled down on Dak and Jerry and eviscerated anyone who didn't follow suit.

Of course they are defensive and have nothing else to say. They're suffering the abject shame and humiliation of being exposed as know nothing simpletons who were willingly fooled by Jerry and our "team leaders". I'd be snarky and defensive too if I backed myself into that corner

If he personally insults or attacks then should report . The mods will take action. There’s a reason the “ report “ key is so easily accessed . Use it. Other fans don’t know who reported them unless you tell them.
