You’re going way overboard if you actually believe that. lol Derrick Henry is leading the league with over 700 yards rushing. The back Jerry didn’t attempt to sign.
Who is Jordan Mason again???

He’s a 225 pound undrafted free agent who looks like a real good find for San Francisco. He runs more violently than Rico and has power. You must really think highly of Rico if you believe he would be leading the league in rushing for another team. He’s not nearly that good. He hasn’t had a run longer than 13 yards all season and his career along is 21 yards last season when we had a better OL.

We wouldn’t pass as much if we could run the ball and had a defense that could stop someone. If we could run the ball our defense wouldn’t be on the field so much. I would rather have Mason than Rico.

Not hard to be violent when you get first touched 3.5 yards down the field.

Do you think Rico would still be averaging 4.2 yards a carry if he first got touched 3.5 yards down the field???

I agree that's the problem why we don't run is not because we're not trying to, but because we don't have anyone that can run well enough to keep us from passing so much.

I wonder why SF paid their LT so much money when they have so many great RB's.

I’ve seen Mason break some tackles that Rico doesn’t. He’s a powerful runner. He’s not 3.5 yards down the field every time he touches the ball. SF obviously has a much better OL than we do so that certainly helps but the back does matter. There were a lot of fans on this board marking down our OL as being something special this summer while they were drooling over Beebe and Guyton. Beebe has looked okay but Guyton has been a disappointment.

I am not saying he is not powerful. However, you become more powerful when you are actually running through holes, than tryin for make your own holes.

SF has a lot of weapons on offense and a very physical. They’re are able to wear down opponents. They have Kittle and Deebo. That helps open up their running game. Deebo is like tackling a freight train. We’ve been trying to use CeeDee like Deebo but he’s not nearly as powerful. The Cowboys are soft everywhere.

Hard to be powerful with no running room.

If I was successfully ripping people off for so many millions for so long I'd roll with it too. Now where's me boat?

They should be thinking about trading for draft capital. They will have an opportunity to cash in with all of the injuries that are happening like the one that just happened to Detroit. Detroit would certainly be interested in Parsons.

There is nothing they could do anyways let’s be real.

If they won’t make moves when we are a player away they sure as heck ain’t doing it when we are trending down in need of a rebuild.
