I know we are just fans, but I do find it funny that a lot of things that most fans agree on (aka: non-Dak things) we see clearly and yet it takes the front office and coaching staff months to see.

Most of us knew Nolan was a bad coach early on. Most of us knew Eberflus was a bad coach early on. Most of us knew Murray was a bad linebacker early on. The examples increase considerably every year.

Even with all of the common sense and visual confirmation, it still takes the coaches and front office way too long to admit their mistakes.

Even worse, a lot of times those realizations don't even come to them until the bad players get injured and they have no choice but to replace them.

It's frustrating. Flournoy > Tolbert was the other obvious observation at least 25% of the zone had already noted. Elam, Clark, Murray are literally bottom of the league statistically, so it's not just our imaginations going crazy.

Murray is literally 95th out of 95 eligible LBs against the run... Not exaggerating. Why is he not kicking rocks with Damone Clark and Elam?

I'm pretty sure Kendrick is sitting on the 49ers practice squad right now. Release Murray and bring him in to play MIKE? He's not going to be a world beater, but Wilson and Kendricks can rotate at MIKE with Overshown at the WILL most the time.

Jerry is not my cup of tea as a GM but how do we know that hasn't been tossed around by the head coach. Jerry is the town crier and team promoter who as owner inputs on player and coaching staff acquisitions and negotiates and finalizes contracts with assistance from Stephen. I wish Jerry would shut up more but unfortunately that won't happen.
