Current Super Bowl LX Matchup odds for Steelers/Panthers is +100000. So, my guess of Jerry Jones voluntarily surrendering his GM position would be approximately +275000000.

If nothing else, Jerry should at least allow Shotty to hire a DC that he's well familiar with. One that is capable of bringing in the talented players that would fit the defensive players who have long been successful and also to replace those who haven't been effective in the past. He's seen some deserving serious consideration, from past experience, according to what I've read lately.
