Jerry LOVES Jeff Fisher - that's who he wants. However Bill upped and left us a year too early and wouldn't ya know it...Fisher's contract is up this season - he's a rare lame duck coach.
This bad luck comes after shelling out nearly 20 million on a HOF'er in Parcells , ontop of numerous other potholes.

Jerry doesn't really want Norv, he's hiring him because in JJ's mind he KNOWS he can fire Norv after one season, and hire Fisher and Norv won't take it personally.
