HIstory. This team doesn't do well in the playoffs. They will either win one and lose the next or lose the first game. They don't stop the run and the offense doesn't run the ball well. Two things you need to do. I'm not saying it's impossible for the Cowboys to get to the NFCCG just very very unlikely. If the Cowboys just happened to get to the NFCCG they would get steam rolled.

History does have somthing to do with it. What is so different about this team that last years team? They are basically the same team. They are not good at running the ball or stopping the run.
Last years team was good too. This one is better. They have as good a chance as any team does. The 49ers look like the best team, but if you go by history they won't win either.
How is this team better than last year? The Cowboys are 19th in run defense and 12th running the ball. They are a different team on the road. I don't see how they are any better to make a deep playoff run.
