Jerry's head coaching tree

It’s not his personality to be a lap dog. The man is 70 years old. Him and Jerry would get into a fist fight. Old dogs do not change.
He wants the record and no one will hire him. So how else does he get it? He and Jerry will clash but he will put up sorry until he gets what he wants.

He is not hiring Bill. They would never get along. Jerry and company would have to leave the spotlight. Never will happen.
Jerry has already said there was no doubt he could work with Bill.......I think they are closer than some realize. Plus, I think Bill would get respect similar to Parcell.

Heard this on the radio today.

What head coach hired by Jerry ever got another head coaching job in the NFL.

One. Jimmy.

And Jerry calls himself a "football man." Lol
Well, at least he got the first head coach right.

Actually Chan Gailey did in Buffalo after going to Georgia Tech a few years.

This doesn't mean anything. An idiot owner of a bad team who changes coaches often will have better chance of having more HC getting rehired.
The Patriots have been the best team for 20 years and Kraft only has Parcells that got rehired as a HC.
Pete Carol coached at USC and the Seattle Seahawks after New England as a head coach.

A TREE, by definition, means who you hired and then who they hired and who they hired.

Jimmy Johnson
--Norv Turner
--Dave Wannstedt
--Butch Davis
--Dave Campo
--Jack Del Rio
--David Shula

Bill Parcells (only count those after he was hired by Dallas)
--Sean Peyton
--Todd Bowles
--Dan Campbell
--Anthony Lynn

Chan Gailey

I probably left out a few as well.

Parcells also had Tony Sparano, Mike Zimmer, Todd Haley, Todd Bowles and Mike MacIntyre (coached at Colorado)

Yes so they had 2 HCs that got another HC job afterwards. Compare that to the Cleveland Browns who had 6 (Marty Schottenheimer, Bill Belichick, Romeo Crennel, Butch Davis, Pat Shurmur, and Hue Jackson) who all got a HC after being the HC in Cleveland.

As I said, having hired more HC who got another HC job afterwards doesn't mean anything.

You really don’t understand Bill and Jerry if you think that is true. Plus someone else could hire Bill. Jacksonville for one needs a coach like him for Lawrence. Bill is tailor made for the kid.
