This is actually the perfect time to play TL and give him meaningful snaps with a gameplan tailored to his strengths with the starters. The Cowboys spent a 4th round pick on him; which is significant given Dallas is not active in signing FAs.
The Cowboys aren’t going to the playoffs with Cooper Rush, who is in last year of his contract. So why not give TL a chance to play so staff can thoroughly evaluate
