Jets fire HC Robert Saleh

Yup, right over my head. Haha my bad!
I like to get my diggs in when I can on ll of the people that think if we just got rid of Jerry and got a "Real," head coach we would be back to winning super bowls.

I beg to differ. Our roster is pretty damn solid. Yes, we could still use a RB, and that will come next year. Yes, another Tackle would be nice and a stud LB... but top to bottom, our roster is talented. Not sure ho that is possible since we dont have a "Real," GM.

now what I'm saying is they expected him to come in and pull a Peyton Manning or something and that doesn't happen very often where a guy in the twilight of his career banged up not his old self can come in and get you a Super Bowl like he did in Denver...

I mean they failed in Denver trying it again with Russell Wilson but I think Aaron Rodgers brought over there because of how great their defense was their running backs they have a good stable of them and they're thinking all we need is a steady veteran quarterback to lead us and then his Achilles injury probably just washed him out I mean he's probably not the same guy they hope they were getting I didn't mean it was 'cause he sucks I'm saying they put it all on him to save the day and when it didn't happen they fired the coach...

I believe there's something going on behind the scenes cause a guy gets walked out by security there had been a lot of butting heads egos yelling screaming he's not on the same page with the GM something happened to get him fired more than his record I mean the record can be overcame that's nothing you're in a tight race in their division it makes no sense except for there was a philosophical difference of some sort of something I think he didn't want to keep Aaron Rodgers in there so he got let go.
I thought that was curious also, but when you work for IT, or you hold a playbook, they walk you out to make sure you don’t take anything that belongs to the organization. But again, I did find that curious.

I am thinking there were reasons we dont know about.
It is done now lets see how they do.

I do know that aaron pushed him away when he wanted to hug him, so I dont think rodgers liked him.

Also saleh was supposed to be the super DC, and the jets defense has been lacking, so that could be a factor.

I guess it's just me, but A Rod seems to me more like a A Hole (not referring to Alex R).

The Jets are 3rd in yards allowed and 8th in points allowed so far this season. Their poor offense during his tenure puts a lot of pressure on their defense.
