No. The defense is fine over all. They haven't produced the turn overs due to luck and I think teams just not feeling the need to risk playing a more aggressive offense against us because we can't score points.

the defense allows other team to score on last possession or 2 every single game, and has done this for a long time.
They go to some sort of super zone, which means the other team will always take the lead back at the end.

marinelli is ok for 1st 3 qrt but in 4th he sucks.

Shwarz is a jerk but a good DC.

There has to be change. Schwartz is young, was a head coach before and had the Bills defense playing great the year before Rex came in and fired him. I bet he could find a way to get more pressure with these talented pass rushers.

Toss in a name for OC please.

Baylor fans, How do you think Art Briles would do as a possible HC or OC?

More offensive production (i.e. points and snaps) equals less opportunities for the opposing offense to hit a big play for the win.

It's what made the defense look better last year compared to two years ago.

The mere sight of Schwartz irritates me.

Me too. But you can't deny his production. The difference between Buffalo's D from 2014 to 2015 is complete night and day, with the same personnel and many of the position coaches.

Swartz not only has his units sacking the QB, but they are a beast against the run too.

He is the type of guy you want on your side. He is very hateable as an opponent.

Last year, Dallas was 19th in total defense - up from 32nd the year before. With one game left this season, Dallas is 12th in total defense.

This is 12th in total defense considering the injury to Romo and Bryant and the stagnant offense that kept the defense on the field more. Teams did not have to take as many chances against Dallas as the Cowboys did not play with the lead as much. This is part of the reason why the Cowboys only have 10 takeaways and a -18 turnover ratio.

Trust me, the problem is NOT Marinelli!

So again, Marinelli isn't the problem? Any team that has a decent record destroys this defense. He had decent talent on the roster and this is all he could do with it?
Again, personally I like the guy but he is not getting it done here.
