Why is he yelling "burgandy," "gold," or "black?" I was under the impression two of the colors were "maroon" and "yellow."

Shouldn't that be brown and yellow?

Hey Zorn haters, heres your chance on showing how inexperienced Zorn is and how Madden is his insipration.

From JLC's Blog yesterday

Here at the start of the afternoon practice, one of Zorn's quirky quarterback drills has made its first appearance. No, not the slip n' slide, this instead is similar to a drill in the Madden video game training camp mode.

A quarterback stands in the middle of a circle surrounded by the other QBs and Zorn, and must avoid the large, silver exercise balls thrown at him as if avoiding on-rushing would-be sackers. If it were Madden and I had to guess, I'd say rookie Bret Meyer got the highest score...but I can't be too sure.

Zorn is also trying to implement the tecmo bowl playbook, but the offense just cant get a grasp of it this first year.

I'm assuming the reason the drills made it to madden was because it is based on something realistic or some coaches actually used it.

all of those drills were made from real ones commonly used or not . just slightly changed. that game is changing football with the passing.

These things all sound like bad jokes, but who knows, sometimes those sorts of things are the most effective. No way to know yet if he's a budding genius or a guy destined to be canned in a year.

I hate the Commanders too, but who's to say the game didn't get this technique from a guy like Zorn?

So are they going to add the points to his accuracy or awareness?

Because quite frankly, both need some work.

His vision cone is a line.

This is completely stupid. They might as well take cues from Dodgeball and starting throwing wrenches because after-all "if you can dodge a wrench, you can dodge a ball"

Not too bright folks. I bet the skins would have practiced the kicking drills if they could have figured out how to get the power meter to show up.
