Everyone ^^^^ is correct!

Frustrating to see athletes getting paid millions to play the sport of football for our team, yet they are softer than a roll of Charmin toilet paper. No meanness. No toughness. No fire or desire. No fight in them. You can't yell, punish, drill or work them out hard because they will go cry to Jerry Jones, their agents and the NFLPA. Yet, they demand they get paid millions.

Beyond frustrating! :banghead:

Well technically we aren't in a losing cycle. But he's stating the obvious. We need to get more physical and into that down to earth work ethics mode.

He's the only non active football mind I enjoy listening to.
I would be running two a day's secretly within the confines of the star.

There's no accountability for the star players since Jimmy left.
Remember those clips of Aikman being pissed at the lack of discipline shown by the team under Switzer.

Romo, Dak, Zeke, Dez(for a bit with Jerry) etc.. all get coddled by ownership. They can do no wrong, unless it's contract time.

Players have bypassed the coach for years going to Daddy Jerry. coaches get undermined right away.

This team doesn't practice hard and they don't play hard. They go out to California to practice in "perfect" weather.
Watching how all 11 Lions players played on either side of the ball showed a team focused and willing to run through a wall to make a play. Dallas players looked like thy just got their nails done.

It brings me no joy bashing this team, but last week, the Ravens game and the Saints game show this team ain't it.

The number one has always and will always be the culture in Dallas as long as Jerry is alive. This group has a sense of entitlement, and so did the teams before. The fact that they had victory parties set up before the Packers playoff gane tells you everything you need to know about the culture of this team

Jimmy is being disingenuous there. What Campbell really did is get a bunch of new players, just like Jimmy did. The Lions have had a tremendous influx of talent the last few years. Jimmy could work those 1989 players to death and they'd never kick anyone's butt. He knows that better than anyone.

And besides, the CBA severely limits how hard these players can be worked anyway. We know there are no more Austin camps like Jimmy had - - they're literally impossible now.

All NFL players now are divas.

Not all NFL players have the option of running to the owner.

Successful franchises dont let the players run the team. You dont like how hard we practice here? Ill talk to your agent and find a solution for you. Or you can sit on the bench.

This franchise CODDLES players like something I have never seen.
