That's beyond a dream you do realize that that's something Jimmy wanted to do why didn't he do it after he retired from coaching why hasn't he done it the last five years on some other team doesn't have to be the Cowboys why not the dolphins isn't that where he lives why not Jacksonville? etc etc

I hear these things from fans all the time they even said that about Parcells would make a great GM but he never was I get you're just saying this and sure it is a pipe dream but I don't think this was in Jimmy's bucket list or he would have pursued it... That goes for all our ex players who everybody thinks they're gonna coach who never really ever said they wanna coach...

The fan base is definitely delusional at times but I get it..
