Growing up in Florida I was a big Miami Hurricanes fan. As much as it saddened me to see Landry fired I knew Jimmy brought a winning aura.

It was exciting time to be a fan and I don't think anyone will be able to duplicate what those teams did from 0 to hero.

I was living in South Florida when this happened.
A friend at work, hated Miami and Jimmy. Because he was a Notre Dame fan. And Jimmy would beat them.

When Jerry hired Jimmy. He told me, thanks, now maybe ND could win, since no more Jimmy. And that Dallas just got a very good coach. And wished me luck he could turn it Dallas around.
