Jimmy Johnson or Bill Parcells

Bill looks burnt,,, Jimmy, willing to rebuild and give young QB a chance and playing time...Jimmy, didn't say "I'm too old to lose"...Jimmy, better game day coach. Jimmy, not so hard headed trying to run all the gd time, if a team your playing is #1 against the run he isnt afraid to throw.:starspin

The last two seasons... Parcells didn't even give Romo a chance... knowing we couldn't make the playoffs... come on now... why be selffish for a Quarterback like Bledsoe... That goes to show you Parcells is in Dallas to get his own players to hog all the playing time...

Bledsoe should've sat hisself down...Poor Coaching...

I tend to think iceberg's onto something, that the BP we see now is a shadow of the one who won SBs in the 80's/90s. Given a clear choice, Id take Jimmah back with Norv, Campo and Wanny back on the staff. Look at Joe Gibbs, and he has Joe Bugel as his OL coach, it seems to work. I think perhaps Parcells' time may be past and it may be right for him to spend his days at the track with thoroughbreds at this stage in his life. He11, shouldnt we all.

Jimmy Johnson would have had Drew Henson developing into a budding star in his second year not toying with his psyche and throwing motion.

Parcells has wasted a ton of young talent on this team already with his jedi mind tricks.

bp because we've invested a whole lot in the 3-4 which jimmy would trash for his 4-3

Jimmy. And he's the only other coach I want besides Parcells next year. If Jimmy comes, Bill can go. But Bill can't go if Jimmy don't come, lol. Simple as that.

Just like alot have stated, Jimmy brings a more upbeat attitude and it translates well over to his team. Especially the younger players. He's possibly the greatest motivational coach ever.

I can't think of any one thing I see Bill as doing better than Jimmy when you come right down to it. Jimmy is a much better talent evaluator imo. Bill's gotten lucky a few times during his career, but only Tnew has proven anything out of his stint here in Dallas. And can't forget Tnew was already the hands-on favorite for that top pick of ours before Bill ever got here, or that Bill didn't like the pick at the time either and wasn't for it as I remember. Jimmy could pull good picks out of any round though. Espeically on the Oline.

Done hearing about this big advantage Jimmy had with the Walker trade, too. I'm sure he could hand-pick one player from this current team and sucker another team into giving up the farm for him. That's Jimmy's thing, he makes stuff happen on Draft Day. Why do you think he doens't want to work for any other owner other then Jerry?

Jimmy doesn't play it safe. Jerry doesn't play it safe. It may be potentially explosive anytime the two are near one another. But it works. And it doesn't work when either are paired up with anyone else so far.
