Based on what I've seen so far, he is a bust. Jerry Jones was duped again. And here is a list of how Jerry has been duped:

1. He duped himself into thinking of parting ways with Jimmy. According to Jerry's own words: "I can get anyone to coach this team and they will go to the Super bowl".

2. Duped into believing Dave Campo could coach an NFL football team.

3. Duped into believing Wade, yes man Philips, would make a good coach.

4. Duped into, not only hiring Jason, the red-headed idiot, before the Head coach, but then making him the richest OC in the NFL.

5. Duped into selling our 2009 draft for a supposed top notch receiver (Roy Williams).

You know what. On second thought, I think it's us fans being duped to believe Jerry cares about Championships. Remember, you don't have to win championships to make money. Just sell out the games and sell a bunch of merchandise. Just look at the Chicago Cubs. Can't win but are still profitable. Due to the fact that they sell lots of tickets and merchandise sales is tops among other baseball teams. I think Jerry knows exactly what he's doing.

I have been saying for years the O-line in the problem. Flosmell has got to go. Flosmell gets beat most every play and false starts to. In fact the whole O-line was terrible not just Flosmell. We had no game plan because there was no protection for Romo.
TO is not a team player and no team will ever win with a cancer like TO in the locker room. He has single handedly destroyed every team he has been on. This team is no exception. Most of the interceptions were thrown to TO and he did not fight or go for the ball. And he complains he does not get the ball enough? Go for the ball, catch it and you will get more. Several times when TO was open Romo hit TO in the hands and he dropped the ball!

Roy Williams sure proved what he is worth today and it aint much. A 1st and 3rd round draft picks? Smart real smart.

Packman Jones cost us with a bad penalty and a fumble so that should make you wonder.
