For being rookies, they got a lot of experience that can help them in the long run. They got some growing pains out of the way.

sure we can, restructure some more deals and move some money around. we can make that happen do it every year.
1st year of the deal is always low because the player gets the signing bonus which is split out on the cap and the salary is low for the first year. Jerry can make it work, always does

I think that there could be a role for both of them. Its way too soon to call them a waste...
Both need time to develope. Heath plays hard but he needs to figure out a way to deal with the bigger WRs.

What's frustrating about Heath is, he seems to be in position to make a play but can't. It's like how Scandrick used to be his first few years.

That tells me, Heath knows the defense and his assignments and knows where he is supposed to be. Problem is, once he is there, he doesn't know how to make a play.
