I'm listening to his radio show as we speak. Bud Adams has put fisher on notice. Biddle said Jerry would love to have fisher and rub it into Bud Adams face. The only sticking point is that the titans would owe fisher 21 million, Biddle also pointed out that if he were to keep fisher Defensive coordinator Chuck Cecil would have to go. If fisher dosen't approve Adams could give him the axe.....stay tuned.

If we get Fisher somehow... we will be set.

He is one hell of a coach, no matter what is happening in Tenn. He does a lot with not much talent. Imagine what he could do here.

Please let this happen.

When Fisher had his contract re-knewed, I believe it was at a time that interest in him from the Cowboys was the rumor.

I hope the Titans go 0-16 so we can get Fisher if things dont work out with Wade.

I've always liked Fisher and he's much better than all the HC's Jerry's hired not named Jimmy or Bill.

But when you look at it, they've had a lot of "nice" seasons but only made it to one SB and that was 10 years ago and ended in a loss. And right now they are totally stinking the joint up.

But I think we could do much worse, and 4 of our last 5 hires were just that. Right now I'm not as sold on Fisher as I was 5-10 years ago, but I think he probably just needs a change of scenery. I definitely wouldn't have a problem if he became the next HC in Dallas next year.

If Adams owes Fisher that much money, I'd be willing to bet Fisher sits out a year and collects it, rather than returns right away to coaching.

He probably needs a year off, too.

anybody but Garrett

Jerry said Garrett is "in the family portrait", so dont get your hopes up that Garrett is going to be leaving.

Take into account that Garrett's offense is #1 in the NFL (without TO) and it is hard to imagine Garrett getting the axe. So if Garrett is staying, no way in hell would Fisher come in to a situation like that.

The HC job is Garrett's to lose. As long as Garrett's offense stays in the top 10, he will be the next HC of the Dallas Cowboys.

Would he bring the 4-3 with him? Jerry and co. have spent a lot of time, effort, and money to get the personnel for a 3-4, I wonder if Fisher would bend there.

I think we have the players to run the 4-3, but I think we'd be committed to the 3-4 at this point.

Out of all the HC's with previous tenure that are available right now, including Fisher, he's my guy along with Gruden then Shannahan. In that order.

Fisher would want the video screen raised. Too expensive.

Surprised people would be that excited about a 0-6 coach after a 13-3 year. Around here 9-7 is a disaster even with the starting QB getting hurt for three games.

But I'd take almost anyone people didn't want to fire after starting 3-2.

BTW, I agree with Army. Sit out and rest and recoup as you collect those millions for a year. Plus, there should be less supply of great coaches a year later.

I've wondered about that happening. I never have liked his arrogance but that would be awesome.

No, we dont have the personnel to play 4-3. We dont have the linebackers for the 4-3 and our OLBs are too small to play DE in the 4-3. We would get snow plowed trying to defend the run.

Well................he could have himself a 1.2 billion dollar stadium. That should get the blood flowin'.
