Almost no teams keep three quarterbacks. So, who is our emergency #3? Jerry Jones Grandson?

he's throwing for at least 500 next weekDont get too excited - he's their emergency 3rd QB. Unlikely to get on the field.
We've wasted FAR more than this one.Another wasted draft pick....
I said it last week and got blasted.Great opportunity for Joe. He deserves a legit shot somewhere and he wasnt going to get that here.
As if they need it.He's not being signed for his QB skills. Classic move to get someone who knows the Cowboys playbook....
Is he better than their back ups, who knows.Better chance there than here. Jalen's dealing with a blood clot that can keep him out the rest of this season, maybe longer.
That makes zero sense. Jerry is the GM. Promote him to the active roster and the Eagles don't get him. He's acting the fool.Jerry on the Fan made it out like Joe and his agent didn't even give them the opportunity. He signed with the eagles without telling them until it was done.
This is where not having an experienced front office with football acumen hurts us:I think its an ego/approach thing with Milton. I remember hearing rumblings.
I could be a thousand percent wrong, but am searching for answers. Not to say he was all world, but the logic still confuses me. We traded a pick to develop a guy, who actually appeared to be developing, only to let him go regardless.
Im not saying this is a huge loss. I just don't understand what we were doing with Milton in general. If it is about intangibles, ego and such it would help to explain how little he appears to be valued in general.
When he plays this defense, get readyWish him the best just not against us lol
On the 53? Sure. But usually there's a 3rd guy on the practice squad, similar to how Joe was here.Almost no teams keep three quarterbacks.
Joe Milton is horrible. I love that he's their backup for a while. On the 53? Sure. But usually there's a 3rd guy on the practice squad, similar to how Joe was here.
This year was an odd one, as 4 teams kept 4 QB's at initial 53 man roster cuts.
