agree. What harm is it at this juncture to find out what other players can do? I just dont get the undying loyalty to these scurvy dogs that coaches seem to believe in. What leads them to think anything will change? I am confused.
I know the play. I recall it. He does this every danged game. There is a pattern of this. THAT is what he is...just a guy,nothing special and shouldnt be starting. He is costing the team.
what ails him is what lies between the ears. Dude has rocks for brains when it comes to FB. He may be a great dude..but a football player and starter he is not. I can emphatically say this with confidence, having watched football almost 50 years at each level..and having coached some too. HE lacks a nastiness...coupled with FB SMARTS. Those are 2 things you better have in this league or you just wont have much success.
thats mine as well. MM and Nolan are using Garretts/marinelli's guys largely. My guess is they have loyalty to the former scheme and regime...hence why the poor effort and alsothe recent stupid comments by Jaylon and Dlaw about simplifying the defense. Do these frauds realize they played in a crazy simple defense under Marinelli for several tears? and where did that get us? THEY NEED TO PLAY HARD AND SMART, OR **** AND SIT DOWN.
This would be a good week to bench some players.. We are going against the worst offense in the league. But I bet they run for 100 with no name rbs. And we will get burned deep. They will put up 20-24 points on us.

It’s a shame because he has a great Offense. Besides the fumbles. If he wasn’t having to throw the ball 50+ times a game Dak wouldn’t have a few of these picks. But even the Offense is a little sloppy.
Was really hoping after the trick play to obj that it would shake up the Defense and they would concentrate make short work of the browns and get on a roll. I do think we beat the giants. If nothing else the giants are trying to sink the season for the draft pick.

Aldon actually played it great. He kept contain didn't bite inside and made odell go wide to get around him. As a DE if you force a reverse wide typically that gives your defense enough time to rally. Sad effort from the other 10 guys.

I suspect until he got to the NFL he was just one of those guys that could "out athlete" others, and that's why he was successful. At the NFL level there are a lot more people that can match his athleticism though, and he can't just overwhelm with his physical skills like he could at lower levels. On top of that, I'm not sure if his physical skills are even as good after his foot issues as they once were.

Yeah the corner could have came up and forced him out of bounds. Or LB. not sure if they were afraid he was going to stop and throw it or what. But he weaved through the players like they were standing still. And 48 tackles the guy in front of him.
