Jarwin is a bet on the come, but a reasonable one. He's a guy any team needing a starting TE would start, knowing that maybe he's not a good starter, but maybe he will be with another year.

We're betting a little on the up arrow for him, but even last year's play isn't something we'd have to cry about.

The only issue is that the DE market is so slim. Whereas the positions I listed have plenty of quality options. If they cant address them then they are incompetent.
